Por que medio realizaste el pago? Si es PayPal mandame la cuenta de mail desde la que hiciste el pago, si es otro mandame el usuario o ID. Así le aviso a Corey (es quien maneja este tipo de cosas), que transfiera tu cuenta. Saludos!

You're trying to connect to the database at x10hosting from your computer? If yes, you aren't allowed to do this, that's why it's giving you an error. We don't allow remote connections for MySQL. We used to allow this, but we had to disallow this because of abuse & security reasons.

You should try to investigate this yourself, the support section is to give support related x10hosting account problems. Do you have a firewall? If so, you should allow the IPs: 74.86.116.187 & 74.86.133.24

If you don't login for the forums in two weeks, your account gets suspended for Inactivity. After it gets suspended, you've 10 days to claim for unsuspension. If after 10 days of suspended you didn't claim it, your account gets automatically terminated. This is what happened with your account...
