I can see it now in the system. It can sometimes take a little longer for cPanel passwords to update as cPanel is a different system to the account panel. Please give it an hour or two then try again. Let us know if it's still not working then.

There should be a yellow box in the top right of the window telling you your hosting and forum account usernames. If there is no hosting username listed then you do not have a hosting account.
