Hello, Please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it. Also, ensure you have no folders CHMOD 777. Generally, folders should be 755, and files 644. Thanks.

Yes, you can use all the same details. Just wait for me to tell you it's terminated before you sign up again. You'd need to go through the account panel, click "Hosting" in the header bar, and follow the link on the page to create the account. It'll then re-add it to your forum/client account.
