The problem is a package is not set in our backend. What plan do you have?

They probably only allow top level domains. You also can not change the DNS record on a x10 subdomain so you wouldn't be able to do it.

What username did you signup with and ad free or enhanced?

To flush your dns cache, see http://www.tech-faq.com/flush-dns.shtml The second problem means your computer can't figure out how to connect to the server. Usually a DNS cache flush will fix that and/or a computer restart.
