Can't help on the upload problem. Seems to a problem for many accounts at the moment, not just yours.
Also, how are you trying to upload? cPanel File Manager or a FTP client? The FTP on my account on...
Two simple things.
1. Think before you post on a public forum.
2. If there is a legit reason, post your request to have the specific item edited out. Admins can edit old posts.

You would have to use the "add on" or "parked" feature in cPanel. You can no longer change your main domain name.
Are you using a CMS? Most have anti-spam modules.
1. CAPTCHA - simple image creation, have them enter the "code". Keep the image easy to read
2. Add another text field to the form. Give it a name "subject" etc. Hide it with CSS (not with 'hidden' tag). Bots will fill out the field, humans...

Pretending you are someone else (a bank, Amazon.com, Facebook, etc) in order to get someone to divulge important information (passwords, account numbers, usernames, etc).

You have to use it either as a parked domain or as an add-on domain. They have disabled the ability to change your main domain.
So if you can't afford them, or are "morally opposed to copyrights" or do it just because "you can", it is okay to steal?
