Free hosting services would not be able to facilitate transferring the actual domain to a new registrar. This is only available on our premium hosting. However, as stated by the other member you can easily change the nameservers and then add your domain as indicated.

The hosting panel we use has switched up licensing types and has been having issues since they did this change. You may see brief times with a similar error until they roll out a new method to check these.

I can see SSL access is already enabled on your account. Can you please visit Account Manager > SSL cert > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider > save and it will generate your free SSL

Please log out of your clients dashboard and back in you should now see your service linked properly.

The error you are seeing you should be able to go to extra features > select PHP version and enable the MySql module required.
