I am unsure where you are seeing this "login history" from however you must login to our x10hosting panel as the email states for this to be counted.

Are records are correct. As the email mentioned you have to login to your actual panel for this to count. You must reset your password if you have not used this panel yet since sept. as noted on the login page. As for any errors you are getting please post screenshots so we can troubleshoot...
