-Clear your browser cache.
-Flush your DNS (cmd as admin)
-Close your browser
-Flush your DNS again as admin
-Reopen your browser
-Clear cache again

Could you please post the contents of your .htaccess file? The user is being redirected to the /web/ directory, whereas your site appears to be in the root.

As per the terms of service accounts are restricted to one per person, however you can host an additional 2 domains within your account as addon domains. If you upgrade to prime, this number doubles to 4.

A lot of proxy servers kill any sub-standard ports. Unfortunately, most if not all of cPanel's ports count as sub-standard. I get the same error message if I try to get to any of cPanel's pages from behind my school's proxy. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.
