You could try creating a new FTP account in cpanel, and setting its home directory to /public_html or just root. There may be a problem with the home directory of the account you are using.

Some other users are reporting problems with cron on starka at the moment. I'm sure admin are looking into it. :)

You could check your error logs in cpanel, and see if there's a particular file that can't be found that the system is calling that could be responsible. Also disable any caching features, and see if that helps.

Am I right in thinking you are suspended for inactivity? If so, when was the last time you logged into your forum account?

I've just been told that sometimes the queue can take up to 3 days, not 3 hours. It depends on the number of accounts infront of yours. Some other users are reporting this, too; so you're not alone. Sorry, but you'll just have to wait :).

If you've violated the terms of service with this MP3 thing (I'm not quite sure what you mean) then your account will remain permanently suspended. You won't be able to recover any data.

I'm also getting the same error you report from here. It may be best if you look into the site itself, as the server is able to bring up the index page. You could also check the cpanel error logs to see if something comes up there.

Copyright is essentially infringement of the licence the software was released on....which from the previous link Brandon posted, is very clear that you have violated. For that reason you have also violated x10's ToS. Sorry, Brandon beat me to it.

Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, you'll just have to wait, as the queue system is automated. :) An admin may intervene if you have to wait for a really long time though. Give it an hour or two, then check again.

As was said before there are NO backups, so there is no way of getting your data back.

How long ago did you change the domain? It can take up to 48 hours for those changes to apply properly.

You could set up an old computer and use that as a web server with some dynamic DNS client....? I did that once, but it was killing my (only) laptop being on 24/7....so I came to x10!

The design itself is very good and clear, but there is already a lot of competition with URL shortening from people like tinyURL and bit.ly.

It looks very good, except some of the galleries are quite slow loading.....perhaps consider resizing some of the images to the bare minimum?
