What you saw is correct. I assume the basic premium plan has the advantage of the uptime guarantee, and the unmetered bandwidth and storage space.

Your site loads....just VERY slowly. Please be patient, there may be an issue with your server. I'm sure admin are aware of it. If you check other forum threads, there are other users reporting the issue.

My site loads fine, it's just FTP looks like it may have locked up. The server may need a reboot.

Yes, I'm also having the too many users problem on lotus. Generally, you have to wait for some people to stop using FTP, but I also can't access my cpanel...it's just saying loading.

Please be patient, but my site works fine again now, and is also on lotus.

This has happened before, and will probably happen again...just be patient and wait for them to fix it. I too am on lotus, and see your predicament.

It's down for me too. Issues like this can take any amount of time to fix...so just be patient. It's happening to us all.

As LadyAnna said, your hosting account may have been deleted. The easiest thing to do would probably be to re-sign up for your domain, and see if it's available.

Where are they posted?

Once your account is deleted, there is no way of recovering any files, databases, emails or anything you have stored in your webdisk.
