When setting up a mail client, ensure that you select the correct authentication settings.

You need a file called index.html/htm/php. A video is not a valid index file. You need to embed it into a html/php/htm page, then call that page index. Let me know if you need any help.

You need an incoming server aswell-you've only mentioned outgoing. Check your server status for POP/IMAP/SMTP problems etc. Use the other servers that don't need authentication.

Same problem. I've been told that the data is still there, just the connection from MySQL to your site isn't-and that's why the data has been rolled back.

I see what you mean. I have a feeling, its the remote MySQL playing up again if what you said is true. Thanks for your input.

Oh heck! The actual main site config hasnt been changed for weeks, so isnt effected, but there are hundreds of forums posts since then, and I have been playing with user groups etc-all lost-hours of work =(. I hope its a temporary thing-and they fix it, after all, zodiac takes a backup every day.

After Lotus' downtime over the last hour, its just come back online and my site has been restored to a period about 2 months ago? What's happened?

I think he's saying that the password has been deleted for security, not that their password is "deleted for security".

Lotus is fine for me now, but is still running slowly.
