You will have been suspended because that is Phishing is against the TOS. Can you unsuspend yourself from the account panel? If not, an admin will have to do it manually.
It could be a server issue.
Try the older way of accessing it:
http://yourdomain.com:2082
If not try:
http://yourserver.x10hosting.com:2082

At the end of the day, its the web browser that's going to make the major difference to your x10 experience-not the OS. All cPanel and x10 features should work fine on win 7.
I try and avoid swf becuase it *Needs* a flash player of some sort (usually adobe) and not everyone has it, or can install it. I try and use .gif's as much as possible, but sometimes a video is necessary.
I have a html script somewhere that you could actually specify the usernames and passwords in the script, then encrypt it so it can't be read via. view source. That worked well for me until I moved on to a full on CMS system.
