I've always been a bit confused about Image Libraries-meaning GD, GD2 and ImageMagik. Joomla says they're not installed...but I thought they were? Can anyone advise? If not, any one of these would be brilliant on the php. :happysad:

I'm having the same problem with MySQL. Its a bit annoying because my uptime monitoring thing is saying the site is up, which it is-but some users are getting confused why its not saying the site is down. Hope they get it fixed quickly. They usually do XD

It sounds like a very effective may of managing the support system, as x10 is expanding, and more and more cases like corey described will be happening. Well done to administration for all your hard work.

Ive been waiting for my vital support ticket answer for days now. :( I think its so clogged up back there, the team are overloaded. They are all doing a really good job, and it a relif to know what is actually causing it.

Getting this server error a lot too-sometimes site wont even load after like 10 pushes of the refresh button. :( Hope they fix it soon. Edit: I am beginning to get slightly concerned that this is going to get worse-not better. Its not an isolated incident. All of the other servers seem ok, but...

Indeed, you are right. I can login now, but as far as i can see, http is still down, and in my eyes, that it the biggest of my worries atm.
