Hi Guys, My site has been offline a lot recently, and when its online, the server is often really slow. I was just wondering if this is just my account cos they have it in for me, or is anyone else getting the same thing?? If any admins see this, how long will it be before the servers are...

have you deleted index.html from the root of your public_html folder? If not-you have to, otherwise the server will have contradictory pages to choose from.

same problem here. completely stressed and annoyed. No info from admin what so ever. As helpful as a sausage when your car needs petrol.

Not long at all. Took mine about two minutes.it depends on the queue though. You can have to wait up to a week-depending on how active admins are.

All accounts are set to php default intermediate level while admins sort it out. Then request intermediate. You will need to explain why you want it etc. I don't know how long it will be though. You could see if it gives you the option to use imagemagick. The path is /usr/bin. Good luck.

Ye. I found that. They just overlook it. Haave opened various support tickets now with no action taken. lol.

Just 1 question....... I am on the absolut server, and for the last 3 months every day, my site has gone offline about 3 times. Will this now be fixed?? :) Thanks for all the hard work btw. :)

same problem here, and it is really stressing me out, because you're editing some settings, you click apply changes and you get 'this page cannot be displayed' :(

Should this generally improve the consistency of the servers then?? My site has been quite on and off on the absolut server

I got suspended for inactivity, and Im still in the queue!! I am really annoyed with them, dispite my support tickets and messages to account managers. :(

I wouldnt mess around with MX. you could end up with a cocked up account. Its up to you though. :)

it means the server is too busy to accept any other logins. You will need to just wait for a slot. Happens sometimes. The chances are it is in a peak time. :)

That feature of cPanel is fairly new. The admin team may still be working on it. :)

Its quite good. I once designed a vista interface using sothink dhtml menu builder. It was very good. Perhaps illaborate a bit more on images etc. It looks very plain and boring.

The server is down at the moment-thats why nobody can see your site. :)
