seeing as you have zephyrgaming.net as a parked domain, what you want to do is add a subdomain, not an addon domain. What error do you get when trying to add the subdomain?

the changes to name servers can take anywhere between a few minutes and 48 hours to propagate all over Internet, during that window some servers may be aware but others not. Most likely the propagation was not completed when I did the lookup, and the server I checked towards had not yet gotten...

What error do you get, if any? I took a quick look and there's nothing that I can see that would cause a problem with database creations. It is possible that it was a temporary connection error between cPanel and database server.
