Actually, it's not that at all. The reason the title of the page isn't chaning is because your domain name (http://www.thewillowsband.co.uk/), has a frame code to your x10hosting subdomain. I'd recommend setting a parked domain so that they both point to the same place, and taking out the frame...

You can't just ban them one by one at all. Not only are they bouncing IPs all over the place, but the attack makes it very hard to access the server to do anything about it.

For frameworks, I highly recommend CodeIgniter and Hydrogen PHP, though there are MANY others.
