There is currently no option to get an account manually created. We can not force link a hosting with a forum, so the account would in reality not really be usable as it would be considered inactive for not being linked...

I'll have to forward this to higher ups, with Prime you are not supposed to need to login to the forums to keep the account active. Seem something has gone wrong in the system that checks for inactivity, it should ignore users with the Prime Memebership active on their forum accounts.

You should be able to delete the files now, it was a permissions problem (files and folders had the wrong permissions set). Just don't delete the entire folder public_html, just its content.
