I ban verbsite because it only takes a second to forward ports. For me, I didn't need to set up any port forwarding, as my Linux box handles the DSL connection and can get it's own connections out fine.

I ban verbsite because it's called XAMMP if you don't have the time and port forwarding. Unless you really want to get your hands dirty, then do what I did and install Linux on a spare computer and set it up all by hand :D
