Yeah, you're not going to get access to that account, at least not right away as we'll need to check how the account got created in the first place. Your country was long blocked before the account was created, which means it was either a bypass or failure in our system that led to it being created.

This is a classic case of IP having gotten blocked by the firewall, I have unblocked it. The reason for block was "Failed IMAP login" so you might want to verify you have the correct credentials in your email client.

That account is not suspended, nor does it appear to have been. Further more it is not linked with the forum account you post from, note that all support requests need to come from the linked account, especially if any changes are requested.

What error do you get? You say a user you created, as in an FTP account you created in DirectAdmin? If so note that the @mushroom.x10.bz must be part of the username.
