See if you can add the old domain back as an add-on and see if that brings up the old email accounts so you can try to delete them. If that does not work, post back and I will get a Staff to do it manually.

The most reliable way of checking on your database(s) is by using cPanel --> phpMyAdmin. The other methods in cPanel sometimes show erroneous results, especially if the MySQL server is acting up.
