cPanel username? which server? url? What makes you say they were deleted? Wordpress can't access? cPanel stats? phpMyAdmin? When was the last time you accessed them?

You seem to admit that the vBulletin script was nulled (i.e. you did not pay for it). Is that what you are saying? You cannot do anything. Your account will be deleted. Next time, do not use stolen property.

If you had a nulled/hack version of software (usually vBulletin ) on your site, you will not be allowed back into your account for any reason. After 10 days, your account, files and data, will be deleted.

If your domain is TheHomeStorageHelper.info, your account is not suspended. I see "Error establishing a database connection" when I visit the site. Which might be caused by the current mySQL server problems.

Try to go to the cPanel login using yourdomain:2082 where yourdomain is charlie.x10hosting.com or myprivatedomain.org , etc
