Exactly what is the problem? If I go to your siite I get a Forbidden error page. Are you missing files, databases, etc?

It has nothing to do with the permissions on the js file. It is trying to do something around line 46 of that that is not allowed. Since so much of your javascript is document write of stuff that is encoded, I guess you don't want people to know what you are doing.

Can you log onto FileManager or use FTP and tell me the size of the files that are there? When I go to your site, I see a directory listing, but all the pages display blank.

When you open the main page? Click on a link? Which link? If the browser cannot load a js file (for any reason) it normally does nothing. What is the full url of the js file?

The log in screen comes up for me, if you are saying that you cannot even get to the login screen. If you are at school, etc, your network might be blocking port 2082
