Do you have 2Enetwork.tk as a parked or add-on domain? Currently 2Enetwork.tk sends me to a x10 account so the system thinks the account belongs somewhere and if you have it as parked/add-on, I doubt if the system will let you make it your main domain.

mySQL time is not the same as PHP time.

Are you using a CMS or are the pages hand coded? Seems the URLs are hard coded to the full path instead of relative. You will just have to change them, from subdomain.x10hosting.com/register.php to /register.php (assuming that by "pointing to" you mean you parked it on top of...
