Which ip address is the correct one ? 198.91.86.51 or 198.91.81.3 you have one shown on the builder that is 198.91.81.3 and the new one on this forum . So which one is the right one ? Thank you

That works for me . also the adon domain works in the x3 basic but not cpanel . Just though i would add that to this report Thank again for the help

When you switch between the cpanel to the basic you get this error Please contact support. This happen's when you go from basic to the cpanel . Let me know you need a screen shot

I can use the ip address with your service going dot.tk but not the name server . your ip address works but not the name server
