Dear x10hosting I have some question's and need your help

1 . I get this message after parting a domain
Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of parked domains. If you need to add a new parked domain contact your service provider.
2. I would like to add a contact form to my site but but i see no ad-on for that
3. can i make a new Account using the some Email address

Yes, this is because we limit the number of parked domains on free hosting to 1, and you have already created a parked domain. As you have already setup a parked domain (a .tk domain), this error message is completely normal and simply in place to alert you that you cannot create any more parked domains.

If you cannot find any software in Softaculous (like this) to do so, you can always setup your own contact form. Doing so is fairly easy, with PHP & HTML.

3. can i make a new Account using the some Email address

No, an individual is allowed one account only, though you shouldn't need to create another account anyway, as you can use parked & addon domains to effectively host multiple sites.

I just got your reply To my Question in the tech-support area and the reason i asked the question about the domains is i have one that is from another service www.nadxc.org that is a paided domain . Is there anyway i can add nadxc.org to my account since it was paid for 2 year from the other service ? What do i need to do?

You could add it as an Addon domain.

From what i saw in the F.AQ you Only get two databases for the free account . so how can i add more websites to my free account When the Limit is set at two ? and i have a lot of websites to move .

You can use multiple softwares in the same database. You can do this by setting a different "table prefix" when installing this.

The autoinstaller, Softaculous, does not, however, support this.

How do you do the table prefix When setting up the new databases?

It is a configuration option when setting up software, such as WordPress.
