You are in the right spot. The error is saying the domain can not be created due to your disk space being full. You would need to go into the file manager and delete everything inside the domains folder and make sure nothing is in trash folder as well.

Checking that initial box just allows the use of SSL. You still have to get a SSL certificate installed. Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider
