Resolved IO Issue - Website is working, repetitively stops responding for a bit.

Please check the sticky at the top of this forum. I think you're seeing the same symptoms. https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/intermittent-cloudflare-5-errors-site-loading-errors.207926/

    Resolved Log in credentials

You should probably create an FTP account just for this purpose. I would not recommend sharing your DirectAdmin credentials with any third party. @lylex10h is correct about SSH and remote SQL, these are not possible with your account.

Resolved Problem with compressed XML sitemap

It sounds like you want a rule in your .htaccess to force the file to download, instead of content. Maybe something like this: <FilesMatch "*.xml.gz$"> ForceType application/gzip Header set Content-Disposition attachment </FilesMatch>

Resolved Unable to update to latest wordpress and plug-ins

An admin can approve a disk space increase. I'm flagging your post for admin review. The typical account starts at 500MB; 1TB is a lot of increase, so I'm not sure what is going on. Please make sure you don't have any backup files, non-public images, movies, etc., or anything else forbidden by...

Resolved Unable to access website on Illuminated server

@PhantomCode Try to log in now. I spoke to Corey and he worked on your account last night.

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

Your server settings could change on premium. But, cPanel gives them out directly, so when you get that access, either file a ticket in the premium support forum, or you can always ask here and I'll use my own premium account to walk you through it. Please see my post here. Your issue is not...

Resolved "Apache is functioning normally" text on both my sites!

You prior last login was November. In December, your account was eligible for suspension and then in January, it was eligible for deletion. In March, accounts eligible for deletion were deleted. Restorations were allowed up until the last week of March. In the future, make sure you log in every...

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

Ok you should be fine. If you want to check your x10 email from a phone, computer, from GMail or Outlook or etc.; basically anything that asks for your x10 user and password, just let us know and we'll get it for you. DirectAdmin isn't as easy as cPanel in this regard. And, it sounds like...

    Resolved odd error message

I'm making an update here every day or so: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/intermittent-cloudflare-5-errors-site-loading-errors.207926/ There is no ETA yet, but the nature of the problem is known.

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

Do you check your email? If you use something like Thunderbird or Windows Mail, and it downloads your emails, that can get you blocked if you send the wrong password a lot of times. The config for the server should be stored in that program.

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

Oh, I can't delete anything. I can only give basic advise and let admins know when I get stuck. I meant, can you tell me what your email settings are for your account? Remember to block out your password (don't even show the dots if you can)

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

I don't believe those have any real effect on what you're seeing. NOOP just means your computer will say "I don't need anything, I just want you to know I'm here and don't break the connection because you think I'm gone". Passive mode I don't understand as well, but it is the default to have it...

    Resolved Question

index.html is a replacement for your website, not a fix. You can just delete it if you want. What I was demonstrating is that .html files work better than .php files and if you put up an error message, your users will know about it instead of getting no site at all.

    Resolved odd error message

The unable to connect is going to be a problem for a while still since the server is having a problem. It's nothing you're doing wrong. If you refresh the page every now and again, it will load eventually.

Resolved Unable to access website on Illuminated server

Understood. This isn't the result I'm used to and I'm annoyed that I have to keep bumping this post, but when you have tens of thousands of hosting accounts, there's always got to be the few that are really jacked up. I feel very confident that you'll get your site back, but as for when...

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

I'm going to guess you got blocked again. Since I'm not an admin, I can't reset that, but I did flag this post and this should be cleared up in a day or so. Our main admin for this forum is on the other side of the world, so I wouldn't expect to see anyone on for a few hours yet.

Resolved Intermittent CloudFlare 5## errors/site loading errors

There are a few things happening, it seems. Something was severing the connection between the user and server. That was a datacenter issue. The HTTP server was/is acting weird, so it needs modification or replacement. That's causing some pages not to load. So, it sounds like when the new servers...

Resolved Entire direct admin account down.

It looks ok. If you use x11.x10hosting.com, that is fine, but if your account changes servers, you might have to change that later. As long as your domain is hosted at x10, you can use your domain as the server. If you use CloudFlare and etc., you have to set up some DNS to get it to work...
