    You wouldn't be able to remove an IP block as it's at an admin level. I think you're actually blocked for using a VPN since your IP address is coming from a broad spectrum of countries in a very short amount of time. I'll ask for admin review.

    There's a public_html and private_html folder for non-https and for https, respectively. Go to DirectAdmin -> Account Manager -> Domains -> {your domain} -> private_html setup and choose your options. The symbolic link is the easiest as it will make your public_html and private_html folders...

    Try to clear your cache and DNS cache first. If that doesn't work, see if you can you log in to https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 . This may be an error with the redirect and not your account. At least, if that works, then you can temporarily log in until it's resolved.
