Can you temporarily disable CloudFlare? I'm not very familiar, but I thought you can force it to stop proxying. If you, could you please just set the DNS to use x10 instead of CloudFlare? This issue seems really confusing and I think CloudFlare just muddies the waters with a layer of protection...
