Can't get to Website or Control panel

Hi there,

Not sure what is going on but currently can't reach my website or event able to get past the login (from cpanel or the new way).

Was able to about an hour ago and changed password, but nothing since.
keep getting page has time out or user credentials are incorrect.

Any help would be appreciated and thanks

Are you still having issues? I can see your site (403 forbidden error, maybe from having no index file). Your server is up and running. There's a possibility that your IP address was blocked. Please reply if anything is still a problem.

yes I am still having issues and do believe it may be an IP block. As 2 of my friends have no issues getting and downloading files from the site.

Indeed you were blocked.

Please note that we advice that you always login through the panel on our mainsite. Changing password from within DA (if that's where you changed it) is not advised as it will re-sync and update to the same password as you have for the panel the next time you login there (assuming that you have a password for the panel that meets the requirements of DA), some special characters may fail the sync from our investigation during testing, but since the backend is getting a full overhaul we didn't dig too deep into why on that. Logins from panel to DA does not rely on password, it uses sessions, so a password mismatch is not an issue in that case,
