MX records are not specific to a port. They are only for the IP address. It is the email client and server that deal with ports. Use the CPanel tool to get your specific settings. CPanel->Email accounts->Configure client (towards the bottom of the page, next to the email address you want)...

I've noticed that sitebuilder hard codes the site to the domain on which it was created. For example, if you create the site on yourname.x10hosting.com and then change your domain to yourname.co.cc, it will not work, giving the license error.
