You aren't allowed to copy a site legally, so even if you don't ask for the login information, you're still doing something you should not be doing. I would remove anything resembling another site before trying to go any further.

You need to cancel this new account. Being suspended doesn't mean your account is gone, it means you need an unsuspension. Your other account is working still, that's why you can't park the domain, your old account is still working.

The CO.CC just points to X10's nameservers, which are the same for every account. You can create a new hosting account but DO NOT create a new forum account, it will just cause you headaches ;)
