I've seen others with this problem. Usually, it happens when your forum account is not connected to your hosting account (for example, you signed up twice and are using a forum account linked to the opposite hosting account). A ticket should clear this up pretty quickly...

It's pretty stripped down, aside from the HyperVM terminal, from what I understand at least. You have to pay extra to use CPanel. Not that being stripped down is a bad thing, you get to do everything exactly as you want it and not have to worry about working with software you may not want. Look...

your CPanel username and password are different. You chose them at signup. You can find them here: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php As for logging in to CPanel, I believe that any link you use redirects to 2082. Have you tried a proxy?
