You can try canceling the sign up attempt and trying again, but I would suggest waiting a few hours before doing that as there appears to be some temporary problems with sign up related to the current server upgrades and migrations.

This is frustrating for everybody. My own x10 site has been inaccessible for several days. It is all related to the current migrations and upgrades which should be finished in a few days. We will all have to try to exercise patience for a little while longer.
