After reading the entire mysql documentation on this error, the only conclusion I have come to is that the user you created (sencor_132) did not get correctly added. Have you tried deleting the user and re-adding it? If this doesn't work, I don't know what will :(

I wouldn't judge the paid service by comparing it to the free, they are different worlds entirely. The staff are working round the clock on getting this fixed, but there is no ETA of when everything will be 99.9% uptime again. It usually is, but you came at a bad time; right after a major overhaul.

@Livewire - that's true, I forgot it was free for the server too. I don't know what the licensing is on it though. That could make a difference. Regardless, as livewire said, you probably won't be able to accomplish this without fsockopen() which is a far shot, in my opinion.

fsockopen() is denied to all users at the moment. It will be available if you get PHP V3, but I doubt you will. They are very strict on V3 and it is very hard to get. Also, since you are using reverse-engineered software, I would be very very careful. You may be in violation of X10's TOS.
