This is not too normal for X10. In the time I've had it, there have been only two periods like this where it has been consistently bad. It only happens when they redo the backend stuff. I've been around the free hosting scene for a while and I have not found a better host.

other than using a function not allowed by v1, there is no way to test this. php file uploading is not available on v1, if I remember correctly, maybe you can try this.

I believe the account panel is incorrect and you have v2.

I believe everyone is on V2 right now until the new script is finished. From what I understand, it is not possible for anyone to change php version right now. Maybe you could find an alternate way of doing the same thing you are trying to do in the programming help forum?

I don't think that you will be able to use this. I believe this must be installed on the server, which X10 does not do.

It's a server issue I'm sure they're well aware of. There is nothing you can do at this point, unless you want to submit a ticket. Also, check the "announcements" section of the site to see if they have already posted details about this error...

No, I don't think so. I've had this happen to me on stoli. I think that an admin has to go in and do something to fix it, so you'd have to submit a ticket. By the time they get the ticket, it's probably worked itself out.

your public_html folder has a file in it named index.php this file is not doing anything, ie, it has no output. it is a blank page.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you saying you want to be at yoursite.com instead of yoursite.x10hosting.com? If that is the case, you can go to www.co.cc and sign up for a free domain name :)

go to co.cc :) free domains in essence, not only does x10 have to know where your site is, the rest of the world does too, so you have to register it. co.cc has detailed instructions and it's very easy.
