Well, I tried that and it would not accept the username / password I was using on the rain / HyperVM panel. It also gives me a warning that continued login failures will result in my IP being blacklisted. Don't want that to happen.

That statement is not true. I have seen many apologies, along with detailed explanations and suggestions, posted by staff and community members during all the recent turmoil with the upgrades and migrations. As has been stated hundreds of times, everybody is going to have much better service...

Exactly what does "99.9% Uptime Guarantee" mean on free hosting? Since the user is not paying for the service, how would the service provider compensate the user if that 99.9% Uptime is not met?

Try ftp with "itripitravel.com" instead of "ftp.itripitravel.com". Sometimes that works. Depends on how the server is configured.

I really did not think Corey had the time for wife, girlfriend, or sleep for that matter. <G> He has personally replied to my VPS support tickets at all hours of the day and night.....

You might want to post your concern in the "Free Hosting" Forum which is the best place to get support and answers to questions regarding free hosting accounts.

Did not expect to see question about free hosting in the VPS Talk forum. I was just trying to get a clear picture of posters question / problem to see if I could help. Boss, as always, understood the question and gave an excellent response.

Am I missing something here? This forum is titled "VPS Talk". VPS users do not get suspended for inactivity.........

Is this topic about VPS hosting or another type of account? VPS does not come with CPanel by default. And VPS users have a more direct method of getting support - usually through Corey.

There seems to be a lot of staff following this thread. I suppose one of them could simply ask Corey............. But that might ruin the fun.
