    I can see it fine :) FTP is temporarily disabled when the disk becomes close to full because it is designed for larger files compared to the cPanel File Manager. Great :) Please provide a link?

    What specific error are you receiving? Is it "You must enter a username" or is it "Invalid Login Attempt" or something similar?

    Yes. If the password becomes out of sync with cPanel, then it is always best to reset the password as that brings cPanel back in a sync. It shouldn't be saying that for longer than 12 hours though. Please could you create a support ticket about this issue so it can be escalated. Thank you.
