1) The backup utility has been removed since you can simply use FTP to transfer all your files instead of using the Backup utility to cause high amounts of resource usage and double your disk space. 2) Softaculous shouldn't have been removed from your cPanel. Please create a new support ticket.

There are several reasons why this would not be the most ideal solution: 1) Lotus has hundreds of gigabytes of data that would take a very long time to transfer. 2) DNS would have to be modified for the thousands of accounts on the server. 3) We would need to find a server that could actually...

Those posts are from years ago. We no longer support Shared SSL on free hosting. If you require SSL, you will need to upgrade your account to a package which does support SSL.

Maintenance is still undergoing on Boru. Look at the latest News topic for updates. As you can see, the last one stated: It was earlier stated to create a ticket if you are having problems, but we have now identified the problems and working to fix it as soon as possible.
