I have removed the license number (but made a personal note). I have also sent of an email to vBulletin for verification, they usually reply fairly quick. If it comes back as legit your account will be unsupended then.

Make sure any files/folders that are supposed to be accessed by the browser is not world writable (ie have file permission set as 777), as having that set will due to security settings end up with a server error. In general files should be 644, and folders 755.
