Unfortunately it might be a bit difficult, since remote access to MySQL is disabled for security reasons. This means that MySQL hosted on x10Hosting can only be accessed by a website on x10Hosting, not externally.

I do not understand your question: do you mean the PHP Language at http://php.net ? If so, then PHP is preinstalled on x10Hosting and x10Premium. On my x10VPS I was clueless about installing PHP so I let Kloxo do it for me by installing that: it installs all the essential stuff like PHP.
