Seems there is no issue with server!!! you misconfig any thing thats why you are facing problems... This is not your created ticket.. make new ticket and i will escalate it to staff so they can solve your problem.

Go to cpanel file manager. select images and then press file permission.. enter 644 (not 0644) and press ok..
