Redirection only redirect the address not all thing... Use DNS or zone record instead of using redirection... Update Name Servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com from your domain registrar and then park your domain in cpanel...

If this is first or second time suspension then you can unsuspend your account yourself... Go to ACP Login with forums username and password and unsuspend your account. What kind of site you have???

What type of script you are using??

Your account is probably terminated after 10 days in suspension state. Create a new hosting account And remember to login here on forums once in a month to avoid suspension.

As i said in my earlier post there is no solution else upgrading connection

Now surly it a connection error. When you open simple domain then there is no problem and when you try to open address with a specific port then it does not work... I suggest you to upgrade your connection to higher... else there is no solution

Go to your cpanel and then go to file manager.... there you can set permission of files and folder see attachment.... first check your desired file and then click Change permissions

Whole server not means whole x10hosting. It mean whole lotus server.... and do you facing any problem due to High memory usage.... If not then why are you talking about it

Use cpanel username and password to connect through ftp... and remember your host is you main domain. e.g http://yoursite.x10hosting.com
