We're debating the definition on IRC right now actually, vigge's saying it's legit while me and one other are calling it file hosting. I'm still inclined to believe that it -is- file hosting and if the mod/admin reviewing the account feels the same way...well, it's not good.

It's about as easy as it used to be; it's pretty much "file ticket, wait for support to say it's done" :) The Paid client tickets are -way- faster than the free ones; they go through a completely different system that notifies admins directly as opposed to it being filed on the forums :)

Google "Nigerian Fraud Scam." That should be enough of an answer, but to save you the time, go to your email provider and report a scam attempt. gMail among others have options to report scams/phishing attempts, so do so - this is a scam pure and simple.

What script? Normally I'd ask for the site, but naming the site would violate x10's TOS if it is indeed trafficking illegal/nulled/warez software, so we'll take the name of the script first. With that we should be able to tell whether it's something you'd normally find nulled or not.

That's something to check with google on - x10 has no control over what google does and doesn't list on their search engine. On a quick side note though, if you never submitted it to google and it isn't linked off of another site google -does- index, you'll never get listed. Either submit it...

Well, hate to say it, but first and foremost: Your next best option is finding a chat/shoutbox script that doesn't rely on x10's servers (externally hosted); if it's on x10 it's either going to trip HRU or get manually suspended.

Nothing odd about it - x10 gets enough phishing/warez/nulled scripts/proxy uploads that they've implemented software equivalent to a real-time virus scanner, but for phishing sites, warez/nulled scripts, proxies, etc. It gets suspended instantly upon being caught, to help avoid problems such as...

My guess is it's to do with the DNS error posted about in Server Alerts. It's working fine here, but that's likely because of my choice of DNS provider (OpenDNS); it seems like my ISP's got a different record for the moment.

Re: Server not found? Depends what's causing the issue and how quickly x10 can get it resolved; given that it's a Sunday it might be a bit longer if it's something at their Data Center, but have faith - x10's not given up yet, I doubt they'll give up today :)
