Because of united states law, it's actually illegal for x10 to allow you to obtain backups from them - that'd fall under distributing content that violates US law, which isn't legal. It's also stated in the TOS that you're required to do your own backups, so you should have had a backup already.

It's not showing suspended here; flush your cache and try reloading the page to see if it resolves itself.

Then it's just waiting for DNS to propagate, which depending on DNS providers can take anywhere from 1 second to 72 hours. In the case of OpenDNS (which I'm using), it's already done - it's showing an x10Hosting New Account index page.

Just to add to this, if you don't get that page into a 100% full translation of English, Spanish, or French soon, it'll get suspended again - you're not using a supported language.

Your suspension is under the Zero-Tolerance policy for nulled scripts. Because nulled scripts is under zero-tolerance, your account will remain suspended permanently.

Free and open source go together. Paid is the catch - Paid ones can be nulled to remove copyright/shareware/key requirements, which makes them warez and in violation of US Copyright law, which x10 is required to abide by as the servers are in the USA. For using a nulled version of one of these...

It's not listed in the zero-tolerance however given that I have yet to find a legitimate reason to need RapidLeech, it'd get stuck in with Copyright Infringement/Warez, in quite a few cases it also goes for Unsupported Language. In all honesty though? It's zero-tolerance to me and anyone else...

CO.CC is having some problems with your domain. Open DNS is returning NXDOMAIN on all of it's servers, which means none of the DNS servers they have access to have a valid dns entry for it. I'd start by making sure it's set up correctly over there.

I think he's just pointing out that in some areas it could be considered false advertising if we're skewing the other site's statistics. In any case it wouldn't hurt to update theirs just to avoid any potential conflicts between the numbers and prospective members :)
