There is no queue. Basically, just try again later.
You would need to go through hosting control panel Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from acme provider
The Mail Encryption setting should be set to STARTTLS, which is not the same as TLS. Alternatively, changing the mail host setting to x14.x10hosting.com may work as well.
If suspended for inactivity, you can reactivate it yourself. You may have to click the green button that has the name of your service to get the suspension reason.
