Terminated, means it is has been deleted. Plenty of emails were sent prior to the termination. I believe it's close to a dozen of emails that get sent. It will take some time to review this request.

Can you attach a screenshot of what you are showing. The change password process in the panel does not ask for the current password, do not click hosting control panel. Only new password and confirm new password and looks like this:
