Cache plugins are usually the cause of suspension with Wordpress. Even though they are supposed to make the website faster, it consumes lots of CPU, which isn't friendly for free hosting.

From your screenshot, it looks like you're on the Softaculous website rather than the Softaculous script within cPanel. Are you sure you clicked on the Softaculous link in cPanel and clicked on Wordpress from the next page rather than click through to the Softaculous website?

Wordpress.com Stats usually take very long to load. Are you using the Wordpress.com Stats plugin? That's the lightest stat plugin for free hosting since its mostly hosted on Wordpress.com Automattic Servers. You can try Statpress too, although if you get a lot of traffic in a very short amount...

Hmm what about Wordpress Comment Moderation emails? If for some reason we get a lot of comments in an hour (and since after accepting a comment, another email alerts of a new comment being published).

Are you using an Adblock by any chance? For example, Adblock Plus for Firefox blocks the text on that box since it involves ads.

Recently, free hosting has been upgraded to 1024 MB Disk Space, but I noticed the large banner prior to signing up still says 500 MB. In addition, on the hosting comparison chart, it also says 500 MB disk space. Also, the other free host now provides 100 GB of bandwidth.
