Just took a look at your account, your home directory and files are present on the server. Do you still have an issue with this?

Did you start out by creating a database to import the data into? Also seeing as your vBulletin files seem to be missing its license number can you please provide proof of a valid license? If you do not have a valid license the suspension will be permanent.
