seem you have two sets of the files, one in public_html, and one in public_html/wpa Seem it is the one in wpa that is funcitonal, which means the address for admin would be http://flightsim.x10.mx/wpa/wp-admin (which does seem to work properly)

It was a file perms problem, I sorted that. In general files need to be 644 and folders 755
